CELEBRATE 2-YEARS PACK WALK

Celebrate By The Dog and our 2 Year anniversary. Wear your favorite blue apparel and bring your best fur-iend!

Details below:

-1 mile round trip, there and back, flat walk

-At midpoint there is a grassy area and small children’s park. You can choose to extend the walk or turn back to complete the 1-mile with the group at this point.

-Path has a short tunnel, it can be passed over for those who have anxious dogs.

-60-90minute event, self paced or guided

ON THE TRAIL: As we encounter others approaching our group while walking please form a single file line or move aside for other walkers to pass. We will be a larger group/ series of smaller groups so please allow others to pass us instead of blocking them from their walk.

TO BRING: Bring high value treats, water for you and your dog, 3-6 foot leash (no retractable leashes or long lines).

*Always wear comfortable footwear when hiking and walking; be prepared to pack out your dog in case of an emergency/ injury on the trail.

*NOTICE FOR REACTIVE DOG OWNERS: Reactive dogs who are CONTROLLED are allowed. Dogs who are human or dog reactive whose owner CAN NOT maintain control will be asked to hike separately from the group to protect other group members and preserve the peaceful connection a pack walk provides.
